At various points in my own life, I’ve reached out for support from a mental health professional, and it made a real difference. Now, as a qualified counsellor, it’s an honor to be in a position where I can offer that same opportunity to you—helping you understand yourself better and navigate life’s challenges.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their Code of Ethics. I also hold an Enhanced DBS check and professional insurance.
Life’s ups and downs can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of ourselves. Whether it’s dealing with relationships, tough situations, or even understanding who we are, it’s easy to feel lost.
I offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk freely, without fear of judgment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, work through the challenges you're facing, and start making sense of how they’re affecting you.
Life can feel overwhelming, lonely, or uncertain—even when you're surrounded by people who care. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, feeling stuck in old patterns, or questioning your path. The weight of grief, work or family pressures, or major life changes like parenthood, separation, or career shifts can be a lot to carry.
Transitions—whether due to aging, hormonal changes, or recognising neurodiversity—can add layers of challenge, making it hard to feel steady. Whatever you're facing, big or small, it’s valid, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
In therapy, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns shaping your experiences, helping you gain clarity, balance, and peace.
Each session is centered on you—your story, your goals, and what feels right. In a safe, judgment-free space, we can unpack past influences, use mindfulness for stress, or apply CBT to shift unhelpful patterns. As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to your needs, including a neuro-affirmative lens to ensure therapy truly works for you.
Therapy helps you process the past, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more fulfilling relationships. It can also reduce stress, ease anxiety, and boost confidence, helping you navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
Along the way, you may gain new perspectives, greater self-esteem, and a deeper connection to yourself. By understanding your feelings, patterns, and priorities, we’ll work toward empowering you to make choices that align with the life and relationships you want.
People seek my support for many different reasons, and no two journeys are the same. Here are some of the more common challenges I can help you navigate through our work together:
Feelings of stress or anxiety
Panic attacks
Relationship problems
Trauma and post-traumatic stress
Abuse
Depression
Problems with confidence or self-esteem
Anger management
Grief, loss or bereavement
Issues relating to sexuality
ADHD and autism
Difficulties at work or in retirement
Problems with family or school life
I understand that starting therapy can feel a bit daunting—you might be wondering what to expect or if it’s the right step for you. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share what’s on your mind at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to hear from you. You can reach out by email to book a free 15-minute introductory call to talk about what’s on your mind and explore how I can support you.

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to forget to make time for yourself. Arriving at Wrest Park for your therapy session, you’ll be greeted by the calming presence of nature—a gentle reminder to pause and breathe. My counselling room is a peaceful, welcoming space where you can leave the pressures of everyday life behind and focus entirely on you. Together, with understanding and empathy, we’ll work through whatever you’re facing.
For those who find comfort in movement, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy in the serene surroundings of Wrest Park. Walking in nature can be deeply grounding, easing stress and anxiety. Plus, walking side by side often feels more relaxed than sitting face-to-face, making it easier to open up and share what’s on your mind.
If attending in person isn’t possible or convenient, I also provide online and telephone counselling. These options offer the flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether it’s for all sessions or just when needed. Whatever your preference, I’m here to support you in the way that works best for you.
Counselling sessions for individuals are 50 minutes long, or 45 minutes for those under 16. Initial assessment appointments take a little longer, lasting around 60 minutes.
Therapy typically happens weekly, but I’m happy to discuss what frequency works best for you. Sessions are priced from £50, and I also offer a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for students or those on low incomes - feel free to contact me to check availability.
You can book your sessions directly with me or through a provided web link. Payment methods are flexible; I can send a secure payment link via email or SMS, and I also accept bank transfers or cash.
I provide therapy from Endeavour House at Wrest Park in Silsoe (MK45 4HS) and the Happy Body Project in Haynes. Both locations offer welcoming spaces and are conveniently situated for clients from Bedfordshire, Bedford, Luton, Flitwick, Ampthill, and the surrounding areas.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquires are usually answered within 48 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services. Find out more by reading my Privacy Policy.
